What Are Pre-Glued Lash Clusters? A Beginner’s Guide & Pro Tips
Pre-glued lash clusters are a game-changer for anyone looking to simplify their lash routine. As the name suggests, these clusters come with adhesive pre-applied to the lash band, saving you the trouble of applying glue yourself – often considered the trickiest part of lash application.
If you're new to DIY lashes or simply prefer a quicker, fuss-free option, here’s everything you need to know about Wosheer pre-glued lash clusters – how to wear them, remove them, and make the most out of their unique features.
How to Apply Pre-Glued Lash Clusters
Application couldn’t be easier:
-
Pick up the cluster with tweezers, gripping it around the middle or upper section of the lashes. (⚠️ Avoid touching the pre-glued band directly, as contact can reduce its stickiness.)
-
Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, keeping it 1–2mm away from your waterline to avoid irritation or stinging.
-
For the most natural and seamless look, we recommend slightly overlapping each cluster. Leaving gaps between them can create an uneven appearance.
- Once all clusters are placed, use your tweezers to gently pinch your natural lashes and the clusters together to secure the bond.
Removal: Quick and Gentle
Taking off pre-glued lash clusters is just as simple. Gently use your fingers to slide them off – no remover needed. Don’t worry, this method is gentle and won't damage your natural lashes when done carefully.
How Long Do They Last?
Unlike traditional bond-and-seal methods, pre-glued clusters typically last 3 to 5 days. They’re perfect for short trips, events, or for those still getting the hang of DIY lash applications.
If you’re confident with traditional bond & seal clusters, we actually recommend sticking with those for longer wear and better customisation. But for speed and simplicity? Pre-glued clusters are unbeatable.
Storage Tips & Temperature Care
The adhesive on pre-glued clusters is a soft, solid glue pad, which can dry out if left exposed to air for too long. To maintain their stickiness, always store them back in their original tray or box after use.
During colder weather, you might notice the adhesive becomes firmer – this is normal. Just blast the lash band with a warm hairdryer for a few seconds to soften the glue and bring back its tackiness.
Can You Reuse Them?
Yes – but only with a little tweak! If your cluster has lost its stickiness, simply peel off the glue pad with your fingers, and you’re left with a regular lash cluster. From there, you can apply bond and use it as you would with any traditional DIY lash.
Whether you're short on time, new to lashes, or just love a low-maintenance option, pre-glued lash clusters are a must-try. Once you know the tricks to handle and care for them properly, they might just become your go-to for quick, pretty lashes.
